Do the colors of the robe match what I see online?

While colors vary slightly due to monitor settings, yes what you see online

Can I edit or cancel an order once its been place?

We typically begin production once the order has been placed, so we cannot edit nor cancel.

How do you select font style or color?

We will contact you immediately to gather this information from you. Your order will be on hold until we receive this information from you so please be prompt with response.

How do I input monograms?

Inputs are as follows: First Name, Last Name, Middle name. Our team will print monograms exactly as they are written so please double check what you send to us.

Returns/ Exchanges

Under no circumstances do we take returns on custom orders. If something comes to you damaged our team will do everything to rectify the issue. Please contact us immediately.

When can I expect my order?

Production begins immediately and once finalized, you can expect to receive your orders with a week in half.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. When you spend $150 shipping is automatically free, no code needed. Since we start production immediately on orders, we can not combine shipping from other orders.
